This is a copy of the e-mail I sent to the Teacher feller this morning.

After our coaching sesh earlier on this week, I have been feeling more and more confident with my poker plating abilities. ie having a really great 1st day up lots, 2nd day played well but went down to a couple of unlucky hands- leaving me quietly sure of my table tactics running into today. Up bright and early, made Rosies packed lunch, seen her off to work and sat down at the computer to grind a good couple of hundred hands , playing 4 tables as instructed.
Decided to play really tight, as instructed by my great teacher, and at first it looked as though I was just on a downward slope but then , my perseverance paid off-- I got the money hands in -BINGO - I was $23 to the good and loads of hands under my belt for a really promising start for the "BEST POKER DAY I WAS GOING TO HAVE AS OF YET"
