Poker Wilderness

Ay up.
Just returned home after my poker boot camp with The Bully(poker coach and one time friend)feeling slightly easier about poker than I did on Saturday afternoon when The Bully pushed me up to playing 10c/25c games.
After leaving me to play for 40 minutes with no prompting, The Bully came back into the room only to find I had lost $28. We reviewed hands together and decided to drop down to 5c/10c games. I now feel a whole lot better. This is my biggest losing hand that I played when alone. Any comments would be most welcome even if you say "Pack In The Poker-- You'd Be Better At Pole Dancing.
