  1. Ok the winner one was played badly, purely because of betsizing. You got lucky to be up against a huge whale, but VS someone even modicumly decent you would make no money here.

Here's the hand in graphical form so you can see the potsize on each street. http://weaktight.com/2356381

On the flop, super super dry flop, we want to bet around half pot to elecit calls from weaker hands, not bet close to pot to blow them out. Sure, if I knew he was so bad he'd call any amount then I'd bet pot, and maybe you had this read who knows, but in general your pot bet will just folding lower PPs and also make him less likely to bluff raise. A half pot bet here where your hand is not vulnerable to any turn cards is much more optimal, will encourage bluffs and get more calls from weaker hands. We still have 3 streets where we can get all the money in too.

Then on the turn, I don't know why you shoved $8 into $3. Rush of blood obviously, but it makes no sense as it would VS anyone good get called only by hands that crush us while folding out all the hands we want to get value from. Half pot again, allowing us to shove the river.

Hand 2 is also baaaad. I don't know what his stats where, but look at this way. If you were planning to fold a flop as good as this one (top pair with a GS redraw) then why did you flat the 3bet? I'm not saying that maybe might not only 3bet aces, so you're smoked on this board, but in that case then fold PF. If he's 3betting wider than aces, then why fold this flop? We should peel at least one street and use our positional advantage.
